At Cheval Gloucester Park we are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our dedicated front office team. This role is essential to the smooth and efficient running of the front desk ensuring consistently high standards of service throughout the guest journey. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of guest arrival and departure including registration key distribution apartment induction allocation payment collection invoice generation and account reconciliation.
You will provide accurate information thoughtful advice and timely responses to guest enquiries ensuring every interaction is welcoming and seamless. Working closely with the front office team you will also help maintain the safety and security of the building contributing to a safe and hospitable environment for all residents and visitors.
As the welcoming face of the residence you will bring a warm professional and approachable demeanour to every interaction. This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires flexibility attention to detail and a proactive approach. Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is desirable along with excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic.

We want you to apply for this role if you have:
- Previous experience as a receptionist within a 5* luxury service environment.
- Proficiency in using PMS systems and strong computer literacy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- A passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.
- Good knowledge of London and its surroundings.
This role requires40 hours per week working5 out of 7 days withweekend workrequired.
