Team Overview and Job responsibilities

Working within the overall HSE department world-wide He/She will support the HSE Processes in all reporting activities helping to manage deadlines and to generate consolidated dashboards.

HSE specialist will be required tocarry on the day by dayreporting of the wholesupervise the Environmental reporting at Group levelworld-widebeing in contact with all PrysmianSites/Countries/Regionsin order to ensure the reliability of all information and to respect deadlines. He/She will be required to support in the consolidation & analysis of all data using available IT existing Tools.

HSE specialist has to:

• Manage Actual day by day HSE Reports (mainly related to Sustainability Environmental KPI ex.: CO2eq energy project savings waste and water project ecc)
• Maintain frequent contact with countries and support them in the implementationof theenvironmental management system and in particular of the standard environmental risk assessment processes
• Support in the consolidation and analysis of environmental data using all the systems availableaimed at the effective and systematic management of the environmental aspects and at the identification and prioritization of improvements needed
• Monitoring and reporting about new legislation/guidelines at international level about Environmentsupport in drafting internal procedures / guidelines
• Identifystrengths andeventual points ofweakness of actual systems and propose improvements understand process issues and propose solutions Implement new dashboard or processes where necessary
• Perform if requested specific audits of the Environmental Management System (ISO certified) and/or specific topics (ex.: Asbestos emissions etc)

Good capacity on reporting procedures and define processes is key.

• Microsoft office
  • Excel: Excellent skills VBA knowledge is a plus
  • Access: Good skills
  • Power Point: Good skills
• Fluent English language knowledge
• Networking and coordination skills
• Environmental Management System Risk Assessment and auditing basics
• Technical University degree Environmental Engineering preferred
