Physical Therapist

• Assess patients comprehensively and develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and physician referrals
• Review medical records diagnostic reports and patient history to determine appropriate physical therapy interventions
• Implement evidence-based treatment programs utilizing manual therapy techniques therapeutic exercises and sports rehabilitation protocols
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established clinical protocols and best practice guidelines
• Document patient progress treatment outcomes and clinical findings in a timely and organized manner
• Communicate effectively with patients caregivers physicians and insurance providers to ensure coordinated and transparent care
• Supervise and mentor rehabilitation technicians ensuring quality patient care delivery
• Develop comprehensive plans of care with measurable goal-oriented objectives tailored to each patients needs
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation including initial evaluations progress notes discharge summaries and incident reports
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and contribute to a culture of continuous professional development and innovation

Qualifications :

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Current state of Texas license and CPR certification
• Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans or willingness to learn
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
• Basic PC skills and knowledge including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system database software and MS Office
