Job Summary

We are looking for a Floating Teller to work in branch offices throughout our Juniata County Region. As a Floating Teller youll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting daily branch operations. Flexibility is key as this role is designed for someone who can work a different branches as needed. You will be scheduled in advance when possible but we will also occasionally call on you to help fill last-minute staffing needs.

Example of Some Key Responsibilities

• Handling deposits withdrawals and check cashing with precision
• Processing loan payments utility payments and night deposits
• Issuing cashiers checks money orders and certified checks
• Balancing your cash drawer and preparing daily settlements
• Greeting customers warmly and identifying opportunities to meet their financial needs
• Collaborating with team members across departments
• Maintaining compliance with all banking regulations and policies

Core Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong math and analytical abilities
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to operate standard office equipment
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of coin

Please Note

This position does not offer a regular schedule or guaranteed hours. After training Floating Tellers work on an as-needed basis to fill in at offices within their region when regular branch staff is unavailable due to vacations sickness etc.
