What you will be doing:

• Provide warm professional and personalized service in line with Forbes Five-Star standards
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver intuitive service creating memorable and tailored experiences
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently offering knowledgeable recommendations
• Deliver food and beverages promptly ensuring presentation and quality standards are consistently met
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings including breakfast brunch specialties and lunch items
• Ensure cleanliness organization and attention to detail across all service areas
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless and elevated service flow
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism empathy and a solutions-focused approach
• Follow all health safety and responsible service standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties including set-up and breakdown for all daytime services
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous serving experience preferred ideally in a luxury or high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of or passion for Forbes Five-Star or luxury service standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• Knowledge of food wine and coffee service is an asset
• Valid Serving It Right certification required
• Availability to work early mornings weekends and holidays
