What you will be doing:

• Support servers in delivering exceptional breakfast service in line with Forbes Five-Star standards
• Assist with table service including delivering food and beverages clearing tables and resetting for new guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations
• Anticipate guest and team needs providing proactive and timely support
• Communicate effectively with servers kitchen and leadership to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain knowledge of menu items to confidently assist guests when required
• Follow all health safety and service standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties including set-up and breakdown of breakfast service
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality is an asset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
• Valid Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability to work early mornings weekends and holidays
