Labelink a leading custom flexographic label and packaging manufacturer is seeking a motivated Finishing Operator to join our team. Pay is based off prior finishing/rewinding experience.

• Starting at $18.00 an hour
• $1.00 an hour shift differential

Shift Information:

• 1st shift: Monday-Friday 6:30 am - 2:30 pm (paid 30-minute break)
• 2nd Shift: MondayThursday 2:20 pm 12:20 am (paid 40-minute break)(Training: Conducted on 1st Shift (6:30 am 2:30 pm) for 4-6 weeks
• Part-time: 28 hours per week max. 4-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate rewinders to convert printed product into finished rolls according to work instructions
• Inspect product continuously to ensure all quality and customer specifications are met
• Package finished product into cartons and prepare pallets for shipment
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard work instructions
• Regularly able to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
• Visual acuity including close distance and color vision with ability to adjust focus
