About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Account Manager fluent in German to join our team in this role you will manage a portfolio of clients strengthen long-term relationships and identify opportunities to grow revenue.
This position is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with a commercial mindset and enjoys working in a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with German-speaking clients
Serve as the primary point of contact ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
Understand client objectives and deliver tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery
Track account performance and provide regular reporting
Requirements
Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level)
Good command of English (B2 or higher)
Previous experience in account management sales or business development
Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills
Results-oriented with a proactive approach
Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility
EU citizenship OR
Valid work permit for Spain
