Job Title: Account Manager (German Speaker)
Location: Barcelona Spain

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Account Manager fluent in German to join our team in this role you will manage a portfolio of clients strengthen long-term relationships and identify opportunities to grow revenue.

This position is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with a commercial mindset and enjoys working in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with German-speaking clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
• Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
• Understand client objectives and deliver tailored solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery
• Track account performance and provide regular reporting

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level)
• Good command of English (B2 or higher)
• Previous experience in account management sales or business development
• Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility

• EU citizenship OR
• Valid work permit for Spain
