Sr. Technical Program Manager, Sponsored Products Off-Search

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager with a passion for innovation and customer obsession to help define our technical vision and drive our engineering roadmap.

As a Sr TPM you will collaborate with partners across numerous domains including engineering product finance business intelligence and more. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects while working across teams within the greater Sponsored Products organization. You will not only help us deliver on our goals but will also help shape our engineering vision and roadmap through active collaboration with our leadership team.

Key job responsibilities
- Successfully lead delivery of large high-impact initiatives across multiple teams and organizations
- Work with stakeholders and senior leadership to develop product strategies roadmaps and detailed requirements to execute on our vision
- Bring strong data-driven business and technical judgment to decisions. Assess risk drive clarity and create the correct sense of urgency for delivery
- Define mechanism to optimize the output and collaboration within the team and with partners
- Help develop the teams long-term technical strategy based on our business goals

- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 3 years of software development experience
- 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

- 5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
