Job Summary

Insurer Management Associate

PIB Groups Market Management Team plays a crucial role in creating building and strengthening insurer relationships driving strategic insights and delivering impactful data-driven reporting. We are looking for a talented individual to become an insurer management associate helping to identify market trends support critical business decisions and foster long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.

This is primarily a hybrid role perfect for self-motivated professionals who thrive in a flexible environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key insurers acting as a trusted advisor
  • Analysing market data to identify trends and provide actionable business insights
  • Supporting the delivery and management of service agreement that strengthen partnerships
  • Producing clear compelling reports and presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure seamless data sharing and informed decision-making
  • Identifying and delivering improvements to reporting processes and analytical approaches

What we are looking for:

  • Experience & knowledge of the insurance market (Desirable)
  • Strong analytical ability with excellent data interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
  • A proactive solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Strong Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work under pressure & under own initiative
