We are seeking a hands-on detail-driven Quality Inspector to help drive quality standards on the production floor and ensure our products consistently meet internal and customer expectations.

Position: Quality Inspector
Schedule: Monday Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect weldments and manufactured components to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Perform in-process and final inspections throughout the production floor.
Record and maintain accurate quality data and inspection results.
Identify communicate and help address quality issues in real-time with production teams.
Monitor and report quality trends; escalate concerns as needed.
Conduct internal audits of processes materials and finished goods.
Support and maintain quality systems procedures and documentation.
Collaborate with production engineering and leadership teams to improve product quality and consistency.
Promote a culture of quality accountability and continuous improvement on the production floor.
Ensure compliance with all company policies procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (medical device experience preferred).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints weld symbols and weld callouts.
Proficient in using various measurement tools (calipers tape measures gauges etc.).
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
Frequent lifting carrying pushing or pulling of materials up to 50 lbs.
Ability to bend stoop and reach overhead as needed.
