What you will do:

• Assist HVAC technicians in installing new heating ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Help with the maintenance and repair of existing HVAC systems.
• Carry and move equipment and tools to and from job sites.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of HVAC systems under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide support to HVAC technicians as needed during installations repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to improve technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Assist with paperwork and documentation related to HVAC projects.

What you need:

• Must be 21 or older
• Must hold a valid drivers license
• Must pass motor vehiclebackground check and drug screen
• Basic HVAC knowledge
• At least two (2) years of residential HVAC installation experience and knowledge.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity
