Bar Waiting Staff

What You Will Do:

• Provide friendly timely and personalised customer service at all times.
• Always be approachable and helpful no request is too much trouble.
• Greet all customers warmly as they enter the bar or lounge.
• Keep tables clear and maintain clean glassware and crockery throughout service.
• Ensure bar and fridge areas are fully stocked before during and after shifts.
• Complete tasks and requests as directed by the management team.
• Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
