Job Summary
smartdept. is searching for a Claude AI Trainer for a marketing agency client. The ideal candidate will come with experience working with AI tools and training others. This is a part-time fully remote short-term freelance opportunity with the possibility of an extension.
This role will focus on training an internal team member on how to effectively use Claude AI for productivity content creation and workflow optimization. The ideal candidate is both hands-on with AI tools and comfortable teaching in a clear practical and approachable way.
What Youll Do:
- Provide one-on-one training sessions on Claude AI usage
- Develop and deliver structured easy-to-follow training materials
- Demonstrate best practices use cases and prompt strategies
- Help integrate AI tools into day-to-day workflows
- Answer questions and provide ongoing support and guidance
What Youll Need:
Education/Experience:
- experience working with Claude
- experience in training coaching or consulting preferred
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts in a clear user-friendly way
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience supporting creative marketing or business teams
- Familiarity with workflow optimization and productivity tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
