Position Overview
The Production Technician role at DFA is a highly physical position supporting plant operations. Candidates must be able to perform repetitive lifting and navigate stairs regularly throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Support production operations within the plant
- Safely handle and move production materials
- Perform duties requiring frequent physical activity
Physical Requirements
- Climb stairs at least every two hours throughout the shift
- Consistently lift and move 5055 lb bags
- Ability to stand walk bend and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
- Comfortable working in an industrial/production environment

This role is best suited for individuals who are physically capable of demanding work and able to meet all lifting and mobility requirements on a consistent basis.
