Join Our Team as a Proposition Development Manager - Health Innovation at Boots in Nottingham Beeston!

At Boots were reimagining the future of high street healthcare and were looking for a Proposition Development Strategist to join us in a high-impact pivotal role. You will drive the development and delivery of innovative customer propositions and growth-focused initiatives that expand our brilliant healthcare ecosystem.

About the Role

In this full-time on-site position you will be part of our dynamic Healthcare Development team during an exciting period of transformation. Reporting to the Head of Healthcare Development your key responsibilities will include:

  • Shaping and Delivering Digital Health & Wellness Propositions: Focus on building the commercial model and go-to-market customer strategy collaborating closely with Digital Data Loyalty and Technology teams to ensure strong commercial outcomes and a seamless customer experience across all channels and store formats.

  • Driving Growth Through Cross-Functional Leadership: Build robust business cases and commercial models mobilise new propositions facilitate key programme meetings and maintain a focus on opportunities to accelerate transformation outcomes as part of our three-year roadmap.

  • Expanding Our Proposition Pipeline: Shape the future expansion of propositions by exploring opportunities in corporate partnerships and with primary care providers to improve health outcomes.

  • Leading with a One Health Mindset: Oversee the end-to-end development of connected healthcare propositions across Boots UK Boots Opticians Boots Hearingcare and our partners strengthening our ecosystem.

  • Meeting Key KPIs and Timeframes: Ensure that key performance indicators and timelines are met for this vital pillar of our programme including lifetime customer value.

What Youll Need to Have

To thrive in this role you should possess:

  • Proven experience and passion for proposition development innovation and strategy in a customer-led environment.

  • Strong commercial acumen with at least 5 years in commercial/category/business development roles.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbally.

  • A growth mindset.

  • Passion for improving our customers healthcare experiences in a role that can truly make a difference.

  • Full clean drivers licence and passport (some UK/Europe travel required).

It Would Be Great If You Also Have:
  • A good understanding of the health and wellness markets is desirable.

  • Familiarity with test and learn approaches.
