Insurance Defense Attorney

Sioli Alexander Pino is a fast-paced high-volume insurance defense law firm seeking a motivated proactive and detail-oriented attorney to join our diverse litigation team. Our practice focuses on premises liability personal injury workers compensation auto accident claims and maritime law.

This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to develop or expand their litigation skills in a supportive team-based environment. While prior experience in insurance defense is preferred we are committed to providing comprehensive training and close mentorship from experienced senior attorneys.

Practice Areas: Premises Liability Personal Injury Workers Compensation Auto Claims Maritime Law

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload under the supervision of senior attorneys.
• Draft pleadings motions and discovery responses.
• Represent clients in court appearances depositions mediations and arbitrations (with increasing responsibility over time).
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy.
• Communicate professionally with clients insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment while meeting strict deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• Prior experience in litigation or insurance defense is a plus but not required.
• Strong legal writing analytical and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn take initiative and grow under the guidance of senior attorneys.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with one or more of the following: premises liability personal injury workers comp auto claims or maritime law.
• Courtroom or deposition experience is helpful but not mandatory.
• Bilingual abilities a plus.
