***This position is a Hybrid role based out of Calgary office***

***Please note this is a Part-Time Hourly role.***

About you role:

The Administrative Assistant Property Tax Services primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the Property Tax Services team based out of our Calgary Alberta office.

In this role you will handle:

  • Creation and tracking of client contracts

  • Preparation and processing of client invoices

  • Accounts Receivable follow up and payment application

  • Tracking and preparing heavily scrutinized appeal documents for roughly 1000 properties.

  • Front line support for all client enquiries

  • Coordinate the handling production and processing of outgoing/incoming correspondence in a timely fashion including emails letters and phone calls ensuring prompt and professional responses.

  • Arrange for receive and distribute supplies mail couriers and deliveries.

  • Coordinate and distribute large mailings

  • Working with various web-based databases.

  • Maintain project and client tracking database.

  • Assist with the collection organization and management of property tax data including property assessments tax bills and related documents.

  • Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date information surrounding our clients and their respective properties.

  • Conduct research and gather relevant information from various sources to support property tax assessment and appeal processes
