Job Title: Painter Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Painter Laborer to support industrial and marine painting operations. This role is responsible for surface preparation masking material handling and assisting painters with coating applications on vessels and structural components.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment including confined spaces and elevated areas while following strict safety standards.

Must-Have Qualifications

Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting to 5055 lbs.)

Ability to stand walk bend kneel and climb for extended periods

Willingness to work overtime when required

Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights

Strong attention to safety and ability to follow instructions

Reliable transportation to and from the job site

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in industrial or marine

Experience with surface preparation tools (grinders needle guns wire brushes)

Knowledge of PPE and OSHA safety standards

Experience working in shipyards or industrial environments

Familiarity with masking sanding and coating support tasks
