Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care hospital environment. The RN will monitor cardiac patients administer treatments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Schedule
- 3x12-hour shifts per week (Auto Offer)
- Rotating Day/Night shifts:
- 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
- 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
- Shifts may vary based on facility needs
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to clinical changes
- Administer medications IV therapies and treatments
- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
- Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- Minimum 18 months permanent experience in specialty prior to travel
- Active Ohio RN license or Compact license (required at submission)
- AHA BLS ACLS and NIHSS certifications required
