About the team
Our team is embarking on a journey to develop the next generation of networking software for customers. Your work will be highly visible and is instrumental in helping Amazon serve record breaking amounts everyday including flagship events such as Prime Day. If you love building high performance software with Generative AI thats focused on best-in-class networking data processing security and leverages AWS technologies we have the job for you.

Key job responsibilities
* 5 years of experience contributing to the system design or architecture (architecture design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
* 4 years of non-internship professional software development experience
* Programming experience with at least one software programming language.

Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations.

Experience building large-scale software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.
Hands-on expertise in many disparate technologies typically ranging from front-end user interfaces through to back-end software systems and all points in between.

- 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2 years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
