This role helps design build integrate and sustain secure technical capabilities that support high-volume analysis and mission operations. The position contributes to AI-enabled data-driven solutions that help users work across complex datasets at scale improve operational outcomes and accelerate the delivery of mission-relevant applications and services. All work is performed in secure environments. Work location is Joint Base Anacostia Arlington VA or Reston VA.

This position requires an active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the TS/SCI level with CI Polygraph.

For this role we are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with expert level knowledge in user experience design methodologies and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design for major systems and establish design systems and standards for consistent user experiences across applications.
• User research responsive design and keeping up with the latest UI/UX trends and accessibility standards.
• Strong problem-solving abilities effective communication skills creativity and attention to detail are essential to collaborate with cross-functional teams and create user-centric designs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelors or Masters degree with 8-12 years of experience.
• Expert in user experience design methodologies and accessibility standards.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite Sketch or Figma and have a basic understanding of front-end development.
• Certifications can further enhance a candidates qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure or GCP)
• Experience with system integration and database management
• Relevant technical or project management certifications
• Ability to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
