As Lead Veterinarian You will:

• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship

• Champion high standards of patient care and clinical excellence

• Support team development coaching and performance growth

• Deliver high-quality care

• Build strong client relationships and promote preventative health care

• Collaborate with the Practice Manager on workflow efficiency and team engagement

• 4-day work week (38 hours) with flexibility for the right candidate
