HVAC Service Manager / Engineering Manager / Lead Engineer will work for a global leading provider of full HVAC retrofit solutions around Tampa.
HVAC Service Manager / Engineering Manager / Lead Engineer required to work with a company that provide system maintenance service repairs energy solutions and installation for a wide range of heating cooling and ventilation systems.
The ideal HVAC Service Manager / Engineering Manager / Lead Engineerr will have experience in the HVAC commercial sector managing a team of 15 technicians and engineers.
Package:
- Salary Range : $110000 - $130000

HVAC Service Manager / Engineering Manager / Lead Engineer Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and develop technicians to drive excellence satisfaction and growth.
- Build strong relationships with field staff to promote culture transparency and engagement.
- Identify skill gaps and close them with targeted training or strategic hiring.
- Optimize technician utilization by balancing workload skills and travel for maximum productivity.
- Oversee scheduling and execution of service calls to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct daily WIP reviews to resolve issues before impacting scheduling or commitments.
- Visit job sites to ensure quality safety and provide real-time coaching
HVAC Service Manager / Engineering Manager / Lead Engineer Requirements:
- 10 years of HVAC field experience with strong technical expertise.
- Knowledge of Rooftop Units(RTUs) chillers air handling units(AHUs) VRF and other commercial HVAC equipment.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven leadership coaching and team-building abilities
