Role & Responsibilities:

• As Second in Charge of PE support the Head of Department in leading a dynamic PE team
• Deliver outstanding PE lessons across KS3 and KS4 as a Second in Charge of PE
• Lead on key areas such as curriculum development assessment or extra-curricular sport
• Drive participation and promote an inclusive sporting culture across the school
• Support GCSE PE delivery outcomes and intervention strategies
• Play a key role in organising fixtures clubs and enrichment opportunities
• Act as a role model practitioner and mentor colleagues as Second in Charge of PE

• Qualified Teacher with strong PE subject knowledge
• Experience teaching secondary PE and contributing to whole-school sport
• Passionate about progression and ready to step into a Second in Charge of PE role
