You will be responsible for guiding clients through every stage of the property transaction process from initial consultation to final closing ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively source new sales opportunities through networking client referrals and marketing initiatives to expand our client base.
- Provide expert guidance to sellers and buyers on marketing strategies property values and purchasing options.
- Conduct detailed market analysis to determine competitive property valuations and advise clients accordingly.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from showcasing properties and consulting with clients to negotiating terms and preparing sales agreements.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of available properties and ensure all listings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Advise clients on market conditions prices legal requirements and related matters to ensure they are well-informed.
- Collaborate with solicitors mortgage advisors and other professionals to facilitate smooth and efficient property transactions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- A strong track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated and independent worker with a strong team ethic.
- High levels of integrity and a commitment to professional conduct.
- In-depth knowledge of the local property market is highly advantageous.
- A valid Omani driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are required.
