Job Description:
As the Founding AE you will lead the charge in scaling Levellrs revenue across Gaming and Consumer Brand verticals. You will own the entire sales cycle while collaborating directly with the CEO to build the commercial playbook. This is a high-impact role designed for a pioneer ready to shape the go-to-market strategy of a fast-growing startup.

What you will do:

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound prospecting and qualification to high-stakes commercial negotiation and closing.

  • Experiment with messaging Ideal Customer Profiles and outreach tactics to discover and document repeatable sales motions.

  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to refine the value proposition and influence the product roadmap based on direct market feedback.

The ideal candidate:

  • 5 years of experience in an Enterprise or Senior AE role within a B2B SaaS environment with a proven track record of winning new logos.

  • Thrives in early-stage ambiguous environments and demonstrates the ability to build pipelines without existing rigid processes.

  • Highly data-driven with experience managing complex sales cycles and maintaining CRM hygiene ideally using HubSpot.
