Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Rapid Assessment Unit. This role requires strong clinical judgment the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to float across units based on patient care needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg/Telemetry setting
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to acute changes
- Perform patient assessments and implement care plans
- Administer medications and IV therapies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately using EMR systems
- Float to appropriate units based on competency and facility needs
Schedule & Work Environment
- Night shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
- 3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)
- Acute care hospital setting
- Floating required within skillset based on census
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Active South Carolina RN License or Multistate Compact License
- Minimum 1 year of EPIC experience
- Required Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
