Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Rapid Assessment Unit. This role requires strong clinical judgment the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to float across units based on patient care needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg/Telemetry setting
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to acute changes
Perform patient assessments and implement care plans
Administer medications and IV therapies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient care accurately using EMR systems
Float to appropriate units based on competency and facility needs

Schedule & Work Environment

Night shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)
Acute care hospital setting
Floating required within skillset based on census

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

Active South Carolina RN License or Multistate Compact License
Minimum 1 year of EPIC experience
Required Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
