The Position
Reporting to Investor Communications Manager you will be an on-site member of Burgundys Client Experience this role you will support the development and delivery of client communications helping ensure a consistent high-quality experience for our clients.

Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Work closely with Burgundys Investor Communications function to support the development and delivery of internal and external communications materials
- Assist in preparing client and prospective client materials including presentations reports and other supporting documents
- Support collaboration with internal stakeholders to gather information and help ensure messaging is accurate clear and consistent across materials
- Support database maintenance to ensure key portfolio related information is updated and centralized
- Provide administrative organizational and project support to the Client Experience team
Skills and Specifications
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to synthesize information and present it clearly and concisely
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Word Excel)
- Interest in financial services asset management and client experience

Pay Type:
The above represents BMO Financial Groups pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Groups total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives discretionary bonuses as well as other perks and rewards.
