GENERAL MAINTENANCE

POSITION:	General Maintenance
WORK SCHEDULE:	260 days/8 hours per day
SALARY RANGE:	Position is on Grade 14 of the Classified Salary Scale (based on related experience)
QUALIFICATIONS:	General maintenanlce skills required; Knowledge and ability to operate power driven equipment; Ability to repair or replace door locks window glass flooring etc. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor such as small electrical repairs roof repairs landscaping plumbing repairs painting cutting grass and other general work that would be performed by the Maintenance Department; High school diploma or GED; Position requires heavy lifting; Valid SC drivers license; Previous experience in maintenance is a priority; Ability to maintain all safety code requirements of state local and Board of Education guidelines.
