Job Summary
Job Description
A fast growing international Wealth Management company is looking for their new Financial Director in Zurich.
Responsibilities
- Manage and review financial administration for corporate and private clients
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
- Prepare and file tax declarations and ensure compliance with regulations
- Act as the main point of contact for clients maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Organize and participate in client board and shareholder meetings
- Mentor train and support team members across various seniority levels
- Oversee payroll processes and monitor financial transactions
- Set up and maintain accounting systems databases and reporting tools
- Coordinate with auditors tax advisors legal counsel and other external parties
- Ensure compliance processes are followed and continuously improved
- Contribute to business development activities and represent the organization externally
- Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements
- 710 years of relevant experience in a fiduciary or similar environment
- Proven experience in team leadership and people management
- Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and tax regulations
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with accounting software is an advantage
- Proactive hands-on and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and within an international multicultural team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Based in Switzerland
