NXTGEN are pleased to be supporting a prestigious high-growth brand based in Norfolk who are searching for a Part Qualified Assistant Management Accountant. Working closely with a brilliant and highly experienced finance team you will play a key role in supporting the business through continued expansion. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support the month-end close process including journals accruals and prepayments
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Support cash flow reporting and analysis
• Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight
• Help improve and develop finance processes as the function continues to evolve
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis as required

The ideal candidate will be part-qualified ACCA or CIMA with strong experience supporting month-end accounting processes and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. They will demonstrate excellent attention to detail strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively whilst consistently meeting deadlines.
