**What youll do**

*Metal Pouring Operations:* Safely and accurately pour molten metal from the ladle into sand molds ensuring the correct heat and mold count are verified for each pour.

*Ladle Maintenance:* Inspect and maintain the ladle refractory by chipping solidified slag to keep the ladle in optimal condition for continuous operation.

*Work Order Management:* Identify the next heat to be poured take temperature readings and collect samples from the ladle to support quality control and process efficiency.

*Material Transfer:* Roll ladles to transfer molten metal to the AOD vessel and manage slag removal at designated times during the melting process.

*Work Area Safety and Cleanliness:* Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment adhering strictly to safety protocols.

*Safety First:* Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

**What youll bring**

**Must-haves:**

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Strong reading writing and verbal communication skills

Ability to safely handle molten metal and operate ladle equipment

**Nice-to-haves:**

Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
