Position Overview
A growing service-based company specializing in commercial facility maintenance and compliance services is seeking a hands-on Office & Operations Manager to oversee daily operations coordinate field and office teams and ensure efficient accountable execution across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and team performance
- Manage scheduling and routing of field technicians
- Serve as the point of coordination between office and field teams
- Track workflows proposals and job completion to ensure execution
- Oversee ordering of equipment and operational needs
- Lead team meetings training and onboarding
- Identify gaps and implement process improvements
Qualifications & Must-Haves
- Experience in operations office management or service-based environments
- Strong organizational leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and teams
- Experience with scheduling dispatch or logistics preferred
