Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a Senior Manager: AI Value Realisation and Reporting on behalf of a leading organisation. The role is responsible for ensuring that AI investments translate into tangible business outcomes by building robust frameworks that measure ROI track performance and optimise value delivery across the enterprise. This position sits at the intersection of AI strategy financial modelling and business performance analytics.

Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will design and operationalise enterprise-wide frameworks to measure the financial and strategic impact of AI initiatives combining quantitative metrics such as cost savings and revenue uplift with qualitative outcomes such as customer experience improvement.
• They will develop ROI models conduct total cost of ownership and break-even analyses and establish predictive models to assess initiative success and optimise investment decisions.
• They will define and implement AI performance KPIs build real-time dashboards and ensure AI value is continuously tracked and communicated to stakeholders.
• The role will oversee financial planning and resource allocation for AI initiatives ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities including growth efficiency and risk mitigation.
• A key focus will be stakeholder engagement ensuring cross-functional alignment translating technical AI outputs into clear business narratives and driving adoption through demonstrable value.
• The role will also identify underperforming AI solutions lead remediation efforts and implement continuous improvement processes to enhance effectiveness and ROI.
• In addition the role will evaluate emerging technologies such as generative AI and assess their potential business impact while fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous innovation.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or a related technical field with relevant certifications in AI machine learning data analytics or business intelligence preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years experience in AI strategy data analytics or business intelligence is required with proven experience in AI value realisation financial modelling and performance analytics.
• Experience within a fast-paced telecommunications or complex enterprise environment will be highly advantageous.
• Strong expertise in AI performance measurement BI tools (such as Power BI) AI/ML monitoring platforms and financial modelling is essential.
• The candidate must demonstrate advanced stakeholder engagement skills strategic thinking and the ability to translate AI insights into measurable business impact alongside a strong understanding of AI governance compliance and ethical AI practices.
