Hours: Monday Friday 13:00 22:00
Permanent / Full-Time
Were working with a well-established logistics business who are looking to appoint an Export Planning & Dispatch Clerk to support their European operations.
This is a fast-paced hands-on role where youll be responsible for planning and coordinating export shipments ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Its a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving working under pressure and being part of a team that keeps operations moving.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and coordinating export shipments across Europe
Processing delivery notes and collection orders
Routing consignments to maximise efficiency
Preparing and dispatching vehicles and export trailers
Managing export and customs documentation
Supporting compliance with customs and export requirements
Liaising with internal teams and international partners
The Ideal Candidate
Experience within logistics transport or export operations
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using IT systems
Desirable
Knowledge of European transport or geography
Experience with customs documentation
Exposure to EDI systems or planning tools
