Clinician - PACT

Riverside Community Care is seeking a full time (40 hour) Independently Licensed Clinician to join our community-based Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) programbased in Needham and serving the surrounding area.

PACT is an evidence-based model of providing comprehensive recovery oriented mental health services to people living with the experience of serious mental illness who may also have substance use problems and/or involvement with the criminal justice system. PACT services are highly individualized and are delivered by a mobile community based multi-disciplinary team of highly dedicated staff who work with people to meet their unique rehabilitation and clinical needs improve functioning and enhance their roles within the community.

Riverside is a large award winning nonprofit community behavioral health provider with over 100 individual programs in 70 Massachusetts locations with a great environment and benefits package.

Schedule: Full Time 40 hours

Pay Rate:$78197.39/salaried

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Basic computer fluency (including Microsoft Office) required
  • Must be able to provide 24-hour on-call coverage on rotation and to respond to emergency calls as necessary
  • Valid drivers license and available dependable transportation required for local travel

Required Experience

  • Masters Degree in clinical mental health counseling or social work
  • Independent licensure of LICSW or LMHC required
  • At least one year of experience working with adults with co-occurring disorders
  • Knowledge of motivational interviewing and person-centered practice preferred
