Overview
We are seeking a Hospitalist Physician to provide inpatient care in a structured and team-oriented clinical environment in Shiprock NM. This role is ideal for providers who value continuity of care collaboration and the opportunity to serve a community where their work truly makes an impact.
What Youll Do
- Manage inpatient care for adult patients from admission through discharge
- Perform admissions daily rounds and discharge planning
- Coordinate care with specialists nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
What Were Looking For
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Hospitalist or inpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication and care coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a rural or community-focused setting
