Job Type: Full-Time 1.0 FTE or 80 hours/pp

Schedule: 5 x 8-hour Day Shifts 7:30a-4 or 8a-4:30pm

$7500 Sign-On Bonus available to qualified applicants

Our Cardiovascular Clinic nurses are part of a closeknit highly collaborative team dedicated to improving patients heart health every day. Working alongside physicians APPs and support staff our nurses share accountability for quality outcomes continuity of care and patient educationbuilding strong relationships with both patients and teammates in a supportive outpatient environment.

How youll contribute

A Clinic LPNwho excels in this role:

• Collects and documents patient intake data. Maintains accurate and complete patient records.
• Provides patient support that reflects considerations for emotional physical social cultural religious and economic influences.
• Assists with routine clinic support activities.
• Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
• Maintains appropriate safe and therapeutic environment per clinic policy.

• Assists with performing patient assessments and treatments under the supervision of a physician.

What were looking for

Applicants should have a state of Michigan LPN license and have graduated from an LPN or LVN Program.

Additional requirements include

• Basic Life SupportHealth Care Provider (BLS-HCP)
