Engineering Program Manager Adobe Unified Platform
Job Summary
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a passionate & experienced technical program manager to join Adobes Identity Platformthe core of Identity Services enabling secure authentication and authorization across Adobes ecosystem. The Identity Platform is Adobes implementation of Federated ID and OAuth 2.0 powering authentication for Adobe ID users and authorization for critical Adobe resources.
Youll play a key role in delivering a scalable highly available solution deployed across AWS infrastructure spanning multiple availability zones and regions achieving 99.99% uptime and scaling to meet Adobes global growth. You will drive program management focusing on developing robust APIs ensuring platform stability and building highly scalable microservices essential for integrating Adobes Identity Management Services (IMS) across Adobes ecosystem. Your work will directly impact Adobes ability to securely authenticate and authorize millions of users globally ensuring seamless experiences and supporting significant business growth.
What Youll Do:
Build and coordinate all aspects of a program including: detailed project plans resource allocations risks/issues remediation status reporting budget management and is primary go to person for project details.
Maintain end-to-end understanding of the solution being built its upstream and downstream dependencies and impacts and proliferate the awareness and critical changes needed to support the initiative.
Be seen as a subject matter leader and can partner/influence: Product Management Engineering Architecture QA etc. We seek a candidate who has a firm knowledge of business goals and find creative solutions for engineering problems yielding the fastest time to market.
Coordinate multiple concurrent programs varying in size/scope/complexity spanning across several different teams and organizations.
Proactively manage project scope risks and deliverables using data-driven insights analytics
and creative problem-solving.
Participate actively in requirement design and architectural reviews technology choices test strategies
What You Need to Succeed:
B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
6 years of Technical Program Management experience.
3 years of software development experience preferred.
Experience or familiarity with identity and access management systems OAuth 2.0 and
Federated ID concepts is highly desirable.
Experience or familiarity in web development scalable infrastructure and cloud technologies
Proven ability to prioritize effectively with an acute sense of urgency and business impact.
Excellent understanding of business context requirements and customer-centric delivery
Self-motivated technically curious and learns how processes and systems work without being asked
Comfortable presenting to everyone from VPs to the Individual Contributor
Experienced in leading large-scale programs across organizations in a matrixed globally-diverse workforce!
Experienced with applications such as Jira or other management tools.
Experienced with Agile methodologies and PLC processes
