Job Summary

A well-respected Personal Injury law firm seeks a Personal Injury / Workers Compensation Paralegal to join their Columbia team!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1 to 4 years of experience with SC Personal Injury case management (Legal Assistants AND defense litigation paralegals are encouraged to apply)
Bilingual Spanish
1 to 3 years of SC Workers Compensation case management
Litigation/Trial experience is a PLUS but not required
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
Previous experience with case management software
Professional demeanor and appearance
Type 50wpm & Microsoft Office proficiency

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent computer skills
Solid work history
Daily contact with clients
Handle case load of 80 plaintiffs cases
Bilingual Spanish
Type legal correspondence
Collect medical records & bills
Set up claims
Draft Briefs demands all case related documents
Case management software

Pays 100% of Health Insurance paid and bonuses
