Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: St. Albans VT 05478

Duration: 17 Weeks (High possibility of extension)

Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The LPN will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians focusing on delivering essential nursing care ensuring patient comfort and supporting routine clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver basic nursing care and monitor patient conditions
• Assist patients with daily living activities and ensure comfort
• Record vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications as directed by physicians or RNs
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Support clinical staff during patient care activities
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare staff

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an LPN
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active Vermont (VT) LPN License or Multistate License (required at submission)
• BLS Certification (AHA required)
