Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a licensed X-Ray Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures using radiologic equipment to support accurate medical diagnosis. The technologist will ensure high-quality imaging patient safety and compliance with all regulatory standards while working across orthopedic and spine clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for radiologic procedures ensuring comfort and cooperation
• Operate X-ray and imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Apply radiation safety protocols to protect patients staff and self
• Follow infection control policies and clinical safety standards
• Review images for quality and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient and departmental records (including exam verification)
• Perform routine equipment checks troubleshooting and coordinate maintenance when needed
• Monitor and manage radiology supplies and inventory
• Support compliance with continuing education and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a clean safe and organized imaging environment
• Collaborate with clinical teams and contribute to overall workflow efficiency
• Float between orthopedic and spine clinic locations as required

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program
• Active New York State Radiologic Technologist License (LRT)
• ARRT Certification (required)
• Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Competency in maintaining safety and quality standards
