Schedule & Shift Details:

• Night Shift
• 3 12-hour shifts per week
• 36 hours per week
• Overtime available
• Float pool position (floating required)

Job Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking a skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Float Pool team. This role involves providing high-quality patient-centered care across multiple units while demonstrating strong clinical judgment and flexibility in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments (physical psychosocial and educational)
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
• Deliver evidence-based nursing care and interventions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide patient and family education
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Participate in discharge planning and care coordination
• Respond effectively to emergency situations
• Ensure infection control and patient safety standards

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in Nursing required (BSN preferred)
• Active Ohio RN License or Compact License
• BLS (American Heart Association) required
• Experience in acute care settings preferred
• Ability to float across multiple units
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Flexibility to adapt to different patient care environments
