Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a Group HR Executive who will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to its Human Resources function. This role is instrumental in aligning people strategies with organisational objectives regulatory requirements and future workforce needs while fostering a high-performance and values-driven culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic leadership and direction to the HR function
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy aligned to organisational goals
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on all HR matters
  • Driving talent acquisition development retention and succession planning strategies
  • Embedding a strong employee value proposition to attract and retain top talent
  • Leading workforce planning to ensure future organisational readiness
  • Championing a culture of ethics accountability diversity and inclusion
  • Overseeing remuneration performance management and employee engagement frameworks
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws governance standards and regulatory requirements
  • Leading change management and organisational transformation initiatives
  • Overseeing HR operations including audits data governance employee relations and policy implementation
  • Leveraging data-driven insights to enhance organisational effectiveness
  • Managing mentoring and developing HR leadership and teams

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources Organisational Development Business Administration Social Sciences or a related field
  • 1015 years progressive HR experience including at least 5 years at senior management level
  • Proven experience in executive leadership and HR policy formulation
  • Strong strategic leadership and decision-making capability
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive organisational performance
  • Excellent stakeholder management communication and influencing skills
  • High level of ethical leadership integrity and business acumen
  • Experience in workforce planning talent management and organisational development
  • Strong ability to build relationships develop teams and foster collaboration
