Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to an outpatient population
- Evaluate plan and implement individualized treatment programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
- Outpatient experience preferred but not required
