Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our Tempe team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical contracting proven leadership in project management and the ability to bridge the gap between field operations and office responsibilities. This role offers the opportunity to manage a variety of projects while mentoring and supporting field teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage mechanical projects from pre-construction to closeout including budgeting scheduling and quality control.
Collaborate with engineers superintendents and subcontractors to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
Oversee procurement submittals RFIs change orders and cost control measures.
Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams regarding project progress challenges and solutions.
Implement best practices for project management tools such as Bluebeam Procore and Excel-based tracking systems.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in mechanical contracting project management
Proven track record managing projects ranging from $20k to $3M across multiple sectors.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor field personnel and coordinate office operations.
Proficient in project management software (Bluebeam Procore) and Excel.
Excellent organizational problem-solving and communication skills.
