The Witmer Group is seeking a high-performance Project Manager to support continued growth in masonry restoration and concrete repair. This role is designed for a detail-driven construction professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and keeping projects on track from start to finish. As a Project Manager youll play a key role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently on schedule and within budget. Youll work closely with estimators field teams and leadership to drive success.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage all phases of assigned masonry restoration projects Coordinate submittals shop drawings and material procurement Review plans and specifications with project teams before kickoff Develop and maintain project schedules and documentation Track project costs productivity and billing to ensure financial success Lead the change order process from documentation through approval Communicate with customers regarding schedules updates and project needs Ensure timely invoicing and collections Maintain organized project files and documentation Participate in project reviews with leadership to stay on track
Qualifications:
Experience in construction project management (restoration or masonry preferred) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Experience with cost tracking scheduling and project documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) Strong communication skillswritten and verbal Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Valid drivers license Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
