Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator Description

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator to join their team in Canonsburg Pennsylvania. This role is responsible for coordinating shipping operations maintaining accurate inventory and supporting day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure efficient product flow. You will serve as a key point of contact between the warehouse carriers and internal teams to keep orders moving on time and resolve issues as they arise. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in shipping inventory and warehouse coordination within a warehouse or distribution environment. Success in this role requires strong organization attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator Responsibilities

Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate order processing
Prepare and process shipping documentation including bills of lading packing lists and labels
Schedule shipments track deliveries and proactively resolve carrier or transportation issues
Maintain accurate inventory levels and support replenishment activities
Perform cycle counts and inventory audits and investigate discrepancies
Enter and maintain accurate shipping and inventory data within ERP systems
Partner with warehouse and operations teams to support order fulfillment and priorities
Communicate shipment status and updates with carriers suppliers and internal stakeholders
Ensure proper packaging labeling and compliance with shipping and safety requirements
Generate reports on inventory shipments and key operational metrics
Identify and support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
Assist with general warehouse support and escalate issues as needed

Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator Qualifications

2 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics is required
Experience working with carriers and coordinating shipments is required
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting is required
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office is required
Ability to work 100% on-site is required
