Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift (3x12 Hours 7:00 PM 7:30 AM)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to mothers and newborns in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills the ability to manage high-acuity patients and experience in all aspects of labor and delivery care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
Monitor maternal and fetal conditions throughout labor and delivery
Assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and families on labor delivery and newborn care
Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records

Schedule & Work Environment

Night shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)
Acute care hospital setting

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

Active RN license (Ohio or Compact) at time of submission
Minimum 18 months of permanent Labor & Delivery experience (prior to travel)
Minimum 18 months of recent Labor & Delivery experience in home unit
Certifications required:
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- NRP
